Most interior design is an open-ended checkbook. We do things differently. You pay the direct cost of the furnishings, plus a flat 20% curation and styling fee (minimum $500 fee on a minimum $2,500 project budget - for NJ residents only. Prices based on shipping and handling into other states). That covers everything from the initial vintage scouting to the heavy lifting on installation day. No surprises and no hidden markups.

How We Bring Your Vision to Life

Phase 1: The 15-Minute Virtual Vibe Check (Free)

Great design starts with a conversation. Before we step foot in your home, we start with a quick, no-pressure video or phone call. We will review photos of your current space, discuss your budget tier, and see if our aesthetic is the right fit for your vision.

Phase 2: The In-Person Discovery Consultation

Once we ensure we are a great fit, we schedule an on-site visit to take precise digital measurements, finalize color palettes, and establish which of your existing anchor pieces are staying and which are going.

Phase 3: Sotto Scouting & Procurement

We take your measurements and hit the ground running. We source high-quality, brand-new anchor pieces directly from our wholesale partners and actively scout local antique shops, estates, and auctions to find the perfect art and vintage accents. We handle all purchasing, shipping logistics, and tracking so you never have to lift a finger.

Phase 4: The Virtual Reveal & Reality Check

Before any final vintage pieces are locked in or heavy furniture is delivered, we will present you with your curated virtual space.

Please note that virtual renderings are for spatial and stylistic reference, and final physical dimensions, textures, or colors may vary slightly in the natural light of your home.

Phase 5: Installation Day

We do our best to deliver a complete transformation in a single day.

On our scheduled delivery day, our team arrives with your curated inventory. (We kindly ask that the space is delivered “Besenrein” German for swept clean and completely cleared of furniture prior to our arrival).

Our team will handle all the heavy lifting, furniture assembly, rug placement, and final styling.
