The Acquisition & Success Fees

We only execute a purchase once you give your final, enthusiastic approval and the target funds are secured in escrow. Upon a successful acquisition, we assess a tiered success fee ranging from 2.5% to 15% of the final negotiated value, scaled to the complexity of the hunt and the piece's value.
