The set includes two stately captain’s armchairs with sweeping, elegantly scrolled arms, and three matching side chairs. Each chair features classic design elements, including a pierced vasiform splat, elegant cabriole legs, and traditional pad feet.
A meticulous finish restoration and deep cleaning have revived the wood, brilliantly highlighting the gorgeous, highly-figured flame mahogany veneer along the seat rails.
The drop-in seats have been fully modernized. Expert installation of crisp, contemporary light-grey woven houndstooth upholstery creates a beautiful, striking contrast against the rich, warm patina of the antique mahogany.
Please Note: This set is priced strictly as a set of five. A sixth matching side chair is included completely free of charge as a bonus. This extra chair has a cosmetic break on the front right pad foot, but remains structurally sound, capable of supporting standard weight, and functions perfectly as an extra seating option.
